We work diligently and professionally to find a strong fit that matches the client’s brief and business environment with our candidates’ aspirations and goals.
We work actively with candidates to build a strong relationship with them and gain a sense of their employment needs, skills and vision. This is done through conversations by phone and in person, initially establishing their motivation for seeking a new role, their career ambitions and preferences for work environment and geographical location. Based on their previous experience, qualifications and ambitions, we informally interview candidates to ascertain skill level, specialist knowledge, industry expertise, management and work style, work ethic and commitment.
After initial registration, we keep in regular contact with candidates who are either actively or passively seeking a new role. This enables us to support individuals through their career whilst also building a strong network.
Before discussing specific vacancies with new or pre-screened candidates, we always assess the employer’s brief to establish essential criteria and additional experience that would clarify a candidate’s suitability for the role. We continue this open discussion throughout the entire interview process, enabling us to not only support candidates but actively guide and support the client’s decision-making process.
